Dedicated CSMs
A great offshore CSM, without the search.
Denominator's team in Pakistan consists of vetted, experienced customer success managers. You get an A-player who works your US business hours, only for you, at a fraction of the onshore cost. We handle contracting and payroll. You direct the work.
Where it fits
A-player talent without the six-figure hire
You post the job, screen a stack of resumes, check references from another country, then handle contracts and international payments. If the hire doesn't work out, you start over.
We present candidates who have already been screened for CS experience, communication and US-hours availability. You interview and pick. Flat monthly fee, month to month.
Salary plus payroll tax, benefits, PTO, tooling and overhead, before recruiter fees and ramp time.
US cost range: Stealth Agents, “Cost of Hiring a Customer Success Manager 2026,” citing BLS, SHRM and Glassdoor data.

Want help managing them?
Add fractional CS leadership
If you don't have a CS leader yet, Kurt can fill that seat under a separate fractional engagement. That covers playbooks, onboarding and renewal processes, CRM setup, and coaching for your CSM. Without it, your CSM takes direction from your team.
Who this fits
Built for growing software teams
Kurt worked alongside CSMs from this team for years at a fast-growing SaaS company. Today they run onboarding calls, customer follow-ups and CRM updates for SaaS and AI companies.
Your first CSM
Founders still running customer success who need a first CSM without a six-figure hire.
More capacity
CS teams adding onboarding capacity, a digital-touch tier or coverage for a new segment.
Questions
Before you ask
Where are your CSMs based?
Our team is based in Pakistan. Every CSM works an agreed window in US business hours.
Who manages the CSM?
You do. Your CSM works under your direction, like any member of your team. If you want a CS leader to manage and coach them, add a fractional leadership engagement.
Who do they work for?
They work only for you during their hours. Denominator holds the contract and sends one invoice, so you don't deal with international payroll.
Can we hire them directly later?
Our agreement includes a non-solicitation clause. If you want to bring a CSM in-house, we can agree on a buyout.
Can they handle healthcare data?
Yes. We sign a Business Associate Agreement before work starts, and your CSM follows your security and access policies.
